From 2012 to 2016, Bharat served as Director of Sales & Marketing at SAR Group (Luminous, Akai, Livpure), where he managed pan-India operations for inverters, batteries, water purifiers, and electronics. Under his leadership, the company achieved significant market penetration and brand growth. Prior to this, he was the Chief Operating Officer at SphereHot Water Heaters Pvt. Ltd. from 2004 to 2009, overseeing all-India sales, vendor management, advertising, and supply chain operations for water heaters and appliances.
His tenure as Vice President of Marketing at Maharaja Whiteline Home Appliances Limited from 2001 to 2003 was marked by his efforts to expand distribution networks and boost revenue for white goods, including washing machines and dishwashers.
